Looking for a skilled and reliable person to help with numerous.

We have numerous projects to get completed around our property. Some of the projects include completing a fence ( putting boards on) , straightening up 4 posts, and installing the gates which are heavy, whipper snipping, cleaning up debris, sorting various items and setting them up for a yard sale.
For the right person this can be a cash job .
I want a person to take initiative on their own and not rely on constant supervision. So therefore a mature person that will show up and get the job done. Must bring your own snipper.
