Ultrasound models wanted: $75 for a morning or afternoon session, and $175 for
a full day.
We are having an ultrasound training course for doctors at the Delta Hotels
Prince Edward at 18 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PEI on Friday July 28 and
Saturday July 29.
The scanning sessions are scheduled from 8:45-1200pm and 12:45-5pm on
each day.
Models are scanned with an ultrasound machine by medical doctors to practice
their skills. The ultrasound scan is like those done for pregnant women and
involves no harmful radiation.
You will be scanned over part of the chest, arms, legs, back, and/or head. We
look at things like the heart, abdomen, nerves, and joints. Loose, comfortable
clothes such as a sports top and shorts are recommended. Towels will be
provided.
