Casual handyman / property management assistant - flexible
Description
I live out of town and have a rental property in Prince George with 3 units and looking for flexible part-time help, on an as need basis...as things come up. Property is currently managed by a property management company but they have very slow response time and not on top of things, so looking to augment that.
Tasks may include but not limited to:
1. Going in and taking pictures and emailing to owner
2. Getting estimates for jobs (fixing flooring, painting, etc…)
3. Showing perspective tenants
4. General handyman work (simple repairs/work/painting/etc..) --> experience is an asset, not required
My most important criteria is to be honest and responsive. Video interview and reference check will be required. No prior experience necessary but if you're a handyman/handywoman and can do some simple repairs/painting yourself, that would be a big plus.
Fair/competitive hourly rate. Perfect for students or anyone looking for flexible part time work.
