Perform routine maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing issues such as clogged drains, leaky faucets, and toilets.
Patch and repair drywall and paint hotel rooms and common areas.
Install and repair light fixtures and switches as well as other minor electrical work.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Respond to guest requests for repairs and maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, and notify management when inventory levels are low.
Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and free of hazards.
Qualifications:At least one year of experience in maintenance or related field.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

You will have experience in repair/maintenance of heavy duty equipment. 5 years of experience with mining size Komatsu, John Deere, CAT, Hitachi, or other brands Equipment is considered an asset, but other brands of heavy equipment in similar sizes and models will be considered too . You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills to the team.
