Property is currently managed by a property management company but they have very slow response time and not on top of things, so looking to augment that.
Tasks may include but not limited to:
1. Going in and taking pictures and emailing to owner
2. Getting estimates for jobs (fixing flooring, painting, etc…)
3. Showing perspective tenants
4. General handyman work (simple repairs/work/painting/etc..) --> experience is an asset, not requiredMy most important criteria is to be honest and responsive. Video interview and reference check will be required. No prior experience necessary but if you're a handyman/handywoman and can do some simple repairs/painting yourself, that would be a big plus.
Fair/competitive hourly rate. Perfect for students or anyone looking for flexible part time work.
