Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in beautiful Bahama Bay Resort, Davenport, Florida, 10 minutes drive from Disney World, Sea World and close to all other attractions.
The master and second bedrooms contain Queen-size beds, the third bedroom has twin beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room, in total sleeping a maximum of 6. The living room and master bedroom each lead onto their own balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in beautiful Bahama Bay Resort, Davenport, Florida, 10 minutes drive from Disney World, Sea World and close to all other attractions.
The master and second bedrooms contain Queen-size beds, the third bedroom has twin beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room, in total sleeping a maximum of 6. The living room and master bedroom each lead onto their own balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub.
The master bedroom en-suite bathroom contains a bath, while the second bathroom has a generous walk-in shower. The washing machine and dryer make any amount of laundry an effortless task.

Ours is a cozy, comfortable home with mountain views. It is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the pool and hot tub. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in each building. Our place has one bedroom with queen sized bed and so is ideally suited for two guests. However, if you wish, there is an air mattress available for your use in the event that you have overnight guests or children. We have a well-appointed kitchen for your cooking needs. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
What you will love about this neighbourhood:
We are in a gated community in beautiful Palm Springs. Our community has 6 heated pools and 6 hot tubs available for your use, all of which are maintained on a daily basis. There are 3 tennis courts, pickle ball, and outdoor shuffleboard courts. The mature, landscaped grounds are well kept, and are inviting for leisurely walks around the community.
We are a block away from the Palm Springs Tourist Office, 5 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, and 9 minutes from the Tramway at the base of Mt. San Jacinto - one of Palm Springs premiere attractions. There are numerous hiking trails on the mountain and throughout the canyons around Palm Springs. If you enjoy golf, there are over 100 golf courses in the area, complemented by 350 days of sunshine! If you love to shop be sure to head down to the Cabazon Desert Outlet Mall - a huge collection of designer stores 20 minutes drive from Palm Springs. In addition, there is a plethora of music, film, food, and art festivals throughout the year including the world famous Coachella Music Festival held for two weekends every April.

For those who are considering taking advantage of our special summer rate, we have taken many family vacations to the area during the summer months and so have a few suggestions on how to make the most of it. Palm Springs is "desert hot" in the summer. That's for certain. However, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers summer passes, where you can escape the summer heat at the top of the mountain. This is a good thing! The Summer Pass is available from May 1st, 2024 - $85.00 Adults & Seniors (65+) and $45.00 Children (ages 3-10). The tramway is literally down the street from our condo complex. So, first thing in the morning, we pack cherries and pistachios, then head up the mountain to take advantage of the scenic hiking trails and the amenities offered - including restaurants, maps, a store, a ranger station and such. In the afternoon, we might go for a refreshing swim, take in a movie or treat ourselves to a massage. Evenings are beautiful! Time for an evening stroll to discover what this town has to offer. That includes numerous gourmet patio restaurants and events such as "Village Fest" - a popular street fair held every Thursday night. For those that like to golf, we suggest an early morning start. Keep in mind that Palm Springs is within a two hour drive of Anaheim, Los Angeles (Hollywood), and San Diego. Las Vegas and Phoenix are four hours away. Or consider a day trip to Idyllwild, a beautiful mountain village within an hour's drive. When visiting Palm Springs during the summer we often opt for a short side vacation (3-5 days) to the coast to comfortably enjoy exciting attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Sea World, Lego Land, and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Our Palm Springs Condo would make an excellent home base to explore the area.

Enjoy resting and playing at the resort with its amazing recreational facilities, including a 25 meter indoor saltwater pool, full sized gymnasium, racquetball, squash and walleyball courts, huge hot tub, saunas, full fitness center, games room, movie theater, and numerous hands on activities offered by resort staff for all ages. Beautiful mountains and rolling hills, pristine lakes and rivers surround Stoneridge Resort. The winter activities at the resort and in the area are spectacular. One can cross country ski and snow shoe right at the resort, and Schweitzer Mountain and Mt. Spokane ski area are just a couple of the ski resorts less than an hour away to downhill ski, snowboard and cross country ski. There are numerous designated snowmobile trails for one to enjoy as well. If you enjoy shopping and urban life, Sandpoint and Coeur D'Alene are 30 minutes away and the outskirts of Spokane are only 50 minutes away. In the summer, along with the above mentioned indoor recreational facilities, Stoneridge Resort has beautiful tennis and pickleball courts, wonderful barbeque areas, horseshoe pits, a state of the art 19 hole mini golf course, bike and fishing pole rentals, sundeck, all surrounded by a 19 hole championship golf course. With an abundance of lakes close by, there are several opportunities for boating and water activities. With recently installed elevators to all units the entire resort is now accessible for all ages and abilities. Only service animals are allowed at the resort. We have studio units available February 16-23, 2024 which sleep four people comfortably with a full kitchen and free wifi for $749 CAN for a full week. We also have Studio units available starting June 7, 2024 through to the end of September. Online or through the resort these prime vacation week units would be well over $800 US.
