The unit is nicely furnished, AC throughout the entire unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace (with gas BBQ), one bedroom on the second floor (king size bed), with master bath and balcony overlooking the ocean and second bedroom (also king size bed) on lower level with a full bath and small kitchenette/bar (this can be an excellent choice for two couples vacationing together). This is a private, physically separate, casita with a large, covered patio and an outdoor kitchen. The property is quiet, secure and just a short walk to the beach or a quick bus or cab ride into town.
Designed as a geodesic dome, this casita has a high ceiling and a spacious "not square shoebox" feeling. It is approximately 300 sq ft. (28m2) inside. There are fans as well as air conditioning.
