I am SEEKING a Line Cook Position.....
in a (high volume) restaurant, downtown (quick walk to metro), that can OFFER me 12hr-16hr shifts 2x-3x/week (Mon, Wed and Fri - No Weekends); schedule example Mon Wed Fri ~10h-00h
I am hard working, energetic, clean, organized with relevant kitchen experience; teach me and train me on what you want and how you want it done, and I will do it VERY well.
My kitchen experience includes use of fryer, flat top, grill, saute, pans, oven, prep, late night menu, close and on-site MAPAQ training.
My target salary: min $18-$20/hr base salary (+ tips).
* I am well trained to 'work' since a very young age; not scared to work, get dirty nor sweaty. I have strong communication skills, a college diploma, a business background, security license, am very competent and a forward thinker (sitting on a chair in front of a screen for 40hrs a week just isn't for me).
