Responsibilities:
• As level 2 support, all in-depth technical issues regarding Microsoft Dynamics suite – and our inhouse IP solutions will be directed to you for troubleshooting
• Support customer on Dynamics GP for in implementation and daily support,
• SQL knowledge require support intervention, as query, to do investigations into the causes of issues to determine temporary and permanent fixes with quick resolutions
• Proactively monitoring situations for inconsistences or potential issues
• Maintaining our support knowledge base
• Support internal staff by providing technical assistance
• Stay current on Dynamics GP, BC 365 and related technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience advanced knowledge of Dynamics GP, reporting, manufacturing and warehouse
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or BC 365
• Excellent verbal and written skills in French and English
• Proficient with:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Adobe, Web browsers
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent communication – articulating technical findings to s non-technical audience
• Confident problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in technical support for Microsoft Dynamics GP, optional NAV or BC 365
• Microsoft Support Specialist Certifications
• Manufacturing experience.
