Available to assist 5 women this month with their unique goals. I have supported woman with showing up to the gym and being their virtual coach to make sure they complete their workouts. I have acted as support in sticking to meal plans to get nutrition done right consistently. And I’ve acted as support for women in business or in school to complete their studies or tedious tasks.
In life having external daily support is the difference between starting and stopping or seeing results and leveling up.
