Playa Dorada is a 6 unit gated condo development built by a North American builder, north of Bahia de Caraquez and about 5 km south of Canoa, Ecuador. The condos sit directly on the beach. Simply unlock the gate and the beach is there. Sitting on the balcony, enjoy the view of the ocean, the locals bringing in their catch, spectacular sunsets and a beautiful infinity pool which appears to drop into the Pacific Ocean.
The condo comes complete with 3 air conditioners, all furniture as seen in the photos, a fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer, dryer, high speed internet, flat screen smart TV.

The condo and grounds are non-smoking. Electrical plug-ins are 110 V, as in North America. Plumbing in our condo is to North American standards so toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet which is not the norm in Ecuador.

We've successfully run Short-Term-Vacation rentals (through VRBO (#498103), AirBnB and privately) for all years of our ownership. If you are looking to offset home ownership costs, we have a good history, 5-star reviews and repeat vacationers.

Never a dull moment! Even though this is ADULT ONLY and ADULT THEMES, we found it very comfortable. Not everyone is topless but if you chose to go topless it is not a big deal as everyone is very comfortable. The resort is very classy. We are NEVER bored and we have so much fun! Easy access to the clubs and nightlife (Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, The City), but there is so much fun at Temptation that you probably won't want to leave!

Superbe maison intime et chaleureuse à louer pour vos vacances au Mexique.
Si vous voulez essayer quelque chose d'autre que des immenses hotels à 900 chambres chacun sans intimité et seulement avec une formule tout-inclus, c'est la parfaite maison pour vous. Vous pourriez vraiment goûter à la culture mexicaine et essayer tout ce que ce coin de paradis vous offre.
La maison comprend 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains (on peut même accéder dans les salles de bains par les chambres à coucher ), des portes coulissantes dans chaque chambre à coucher avec accès au coin jardin et patio en arrière de la maison, 3 ACs, WIFI, safe, lit King et Queen dans chaque chambre, cuisine totalement équipée(four, micro-ondes, cafétière, grill. The unit is nicely furnished, AC throughout the entire unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace (with gas BBQ), one bedroom on the second floor (king size bed), with master bath and balcony overlooking the ocean and second bedroom (also king size bed) on lower level with a full bath and small kitchenette/bar (this can be an excellent choice for two couples vacationing together). For additional sleeping there is a Murphy bed (with very comfortable queen mattress); apartment unit has laundry facilities.

Our condominium is in “La Fenice” residential gated complex with two swimming pools, 24 hours security on the site. This complex is located in eastern part of the Las Terrenas village, 7 minutes’ walk from village’s center and only 50 meters from gold and white sands of Punta Popy.
It’s a recent construction, modern design. 600 square feet condo has one bedroom: with queen size bed; full kitchen; salon; one bath; private terrace. Our beautifully decorated condominium overlooks fantastic resort-type setting. The kitchen is open to the living room and well-equipped with everything you need to make meals and beverages for everyone.
