All windows and doors have electric shutters, all rooms have air conditioning/heat.
It is located in a tiny hamlet called Venda Nova about 5 minutes drive from Sao Martinho do Porto which is delightful town on an amazing semi-circular bay. There are a couple of restaurants within 1.5 km walk and 30 plus restaurants within 5 minutes drive.
The closest beach is Salgado, it is huge and one can walk to it in about 15 minutes or drive in under 5 minutes. The Villa has impressive entrance gates and huge granite walls affording privacy and giving way to exclusive secure parking for 7 cars. There is a separate entrance and parking for the employees who maintain the villa.
The beautifully designed property is set within its own grounds which are terraced with an abundance of flowers and fruit trees including fig, orange, peach, plum, cherry and lemon. There is also an Olive and Cork Oak forest in which to enjoy the abundant bird life.
The Villa is air conditioned throughout, has a double entrance door leading into a generously proportioned hall with an impressive suspended staircase leading to the upper floor. Located in Palm Suite community, which is a quite place full of greenery, with a nice pool and lounge chairs. Located near the main street of El Cortecito and just a 10-minute walk to Bávaro Beach and numerous restaurants.
The space
This first floor condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a large dresser, a desk, a TV, ceiling fan, a large closet and private bathroom. There is also another full bathroom in the hall across the bedroom.
The living room has a large sofa bed and 2 extra seating, a TV and ceiling fan and next to it there´s a high dining table for 4. The kitchen is a spacious place and is fully equipped with its stove, oven, fridge, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc., and it also has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. By the kitchen there are the washer and dryer machines and a back exit door.
At the front of the apartment there is a balcony/terrace with an exterior dining table for 4, and you get access from the living room and the bedroom.
