Authentic vintage Italian Capodimonte porcelain miniature pitcher by F.lli Savastano. This piece features a classic hand-formed yellow "sugar" rose and earthy airbrushed tones.
Authenticity: Includes original gold Nuova Capodimonte foil label and the blue crowned "N" hallmark on the base.
Condition: Good vintage condition. There are two tiny flea bites on the top rim and very minor paint wear on the rose, as shown in the close-up photos. Priced accordingly for these small character marks.

Altec A7 "The Voice of the Theatre" speaker with vintage Cinemeccanica amplifier

This speaker is both a rare vintage audio piece, and a piece of central Albertan history.
This particular unit came from the movie theatre in Sundre, AB before it burned to the ground in the early 2000s. Likely built in the early-mid 70s based on the driver model. Built to provide dynamic, clear audio for theaters, studios, and pro audio.
Includes a rear-mounted Italian vintage Cinemeccanica C55/PT amplifier from the same era, as well as a spare amp for parts.
I can include a DI and cables so you can plug and play from a phone with a USB-C connection (or could be adapted to lightning).

The speaker performs perfectly: clean, powerful sound with no electronic issues.
Cosmetically, the cabinet shows honest wear and scratches consistent with age, but the original Altec decals are intact and in good shape, and the paint is original. As is common with these units, the previous owner mounted the components to the cabinet for ease of setup.
This speaker sounds incredible. Its powerful bass, clean midrange, and detailed highs from horn-loaded drivers made it great not just in theaters but also for recording studios and serious home audio systems.
This would be fantastic in a number of applications, including unique home audio, recording, restaurant/bars, shops, workshops, anywhere where you want a punchy, crisp speaker with a ton of history behind it. There aren't many of these out there anymore.

The Altec "Voice of the Theatre" line is one of the most iconic loudspeaker series in audio history. Originally developed for movie theaters, studios and professional sound reinforcement in the post-WWII era.
Designed for Cinema Sound: The Voice of the Theatre series debuted in 1947, engineered to reproduce film soundtracks with remarkable clarity, dynamic range, and high sound pressure levels, something few speakers of the era could match. It was even approved by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Research Council as a standard for motion picture playback.
This speaker was built to fill large spaces with sound using very little amplifier power, thanks to horn-loaded drivers and efficient design long before high-power solid-state amps were common.
Its balance of size and performance has made it a sought-after vintage audio piece. Yields high output, remarkable dynamics, and efficient amplification.

This is a brand new 4 weight 8’0” 4 piece Winston Pure rod not even taken out of the tube. Photos taken are of my own same rod. See my other listings for more fishing goodies.
This rod can also be purchased with a brand new Scientific Anglers WF4F Magnitude Trout Expert Clear Tip line for an extra $175 (normally 250 plus tax if you can even find it in Canada!). Likely the best line ever made for this rods application, and will pair perfectly with this rod for spooky browns on the Raven, Clearwater, Prairie Creek, etc.
You will get the warranty card so you can take it home and register it as the rods first owner (and likely the only one until you get buried with it…unless you decide a family member is deemed worthy in your will!).
These Pure rods (specifically in the 8’0” 4 weight configuration) have been deemed by many as the greatest dry fly rod of all time, and a true hall of famer so far as fly rod design goes. More modern technology than the much sought after and collectible Winston’s of decades past, but the same classic Winston feel that has kept them as an admired brand for decades.
