Pre book your spot or drop ins welcome! Available on 2 days Wed at 1 p.m & Friday's at 7p.m
Bring your drum or I have a few available for you to try & shakers / rainstick items
We start in a guided circle & do a short grounding meditation then guided drumming & finish with a chair in the middle and everyone walking around doing drum washes...
Hard to explain but sitting in the middle and having everyone drumming around you melts everything out deeply clearing & soul refreshing!
I have chairs & mats available, feel free to bring a comfy lawn chair or your own cushion.
