Standard First Aid and CPR-C Program is the most commonly accepted workplace program. It is approved by Occupational health and safety and is provided on behalf of the Canadian Red Cross.

Red Cross program offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training for work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. This program covers a variety of topics from basic (circulation and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission) to in-depth (sudden medical emergencies and injuries to the head and/or spine).

DELIVERED OVER 2 EVENINGS (6:00pm - 10:00pm)
The program is conducted 50% on-line and 50% with an instructor while maintaining all safety requirements and social distancing requirements. Date selected is for the in-class portion and completion of the online must presented to the instructor.
