Red Cross program offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training for work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. This program covers a variety of topics from basic (circulation and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission) to in-depth (sudden medical emergencies and injuries to the head and/or spine).

We teach both the Non Restricted and the Restricted courses. We have group classes and if you are not comfortable being in a group we can offer one on one course. Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada - BLS $80.00
This Heart and Stroke 4 hr course is designed for healthcare providers and trained first responders who provide care to patients in a wide variety of settings and teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in pre-hospital and in-facility settings. Employers may choose to be specific as to which provider their employees are certified by at this level of training. Please ensure you check with your employer prior to registering.

Canadian Red Cross - Certified Babysitting Courses
$65.00Offers basic first aid and caregiving skills for youth 11-15 years old. Participants learn how to provide care to children in a variety of age groups, and how to prevent and respond to emergencies. The course also offers youth the skills to promote themselves as babysitters to prospective families. Each student will receive a Red Cross babysitter's manual, and a Red Cross Babysitter's completion card.
