Meditation Mentoring (free) Vipassana Breath Meditation

Hello, I'm offering free 1-on-1 or group meditation mentoring. I'm certified as a meditation teacher and have been practicing the vipassana method for over four years. Vipassana, or insight, meditation is meant to help you work through the kinks in your mind and can be very helpful and therapeutic for OCD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other issues as well.
Vipassana is an ancient meditation form over 2500 years old, it's origin is in Buddhism. You do not have to be a Buddhist or follow any strict rules of living to gain benefit from Vipassana meditation.
Meditation is useless unless it is something you commit to, just like say -going to the gym. You must dedicate a set amount of time to practice daily. Meditation is also not just a vacation or escape from reality. Perhaps it has components of it that bring pleasure and feelings of peace and inner wellbeing, it is much more than that. Vipassana takes you inside your own mind and helps you understand the nature of two things primarily, 1) your mind 2) reality and how these two play together. Once you understand how your mind works, you can begin to get rid of all the baggage that you've been carrying around with you.
As this non-profit is just getting started, the meditation mentoring sessions can be done in a variety of ways. Over the phone, by text, email, or over skype, etc.
Sessions will be available in person once covid is further better controlled.
If the Buddhism aspect of meditation is of interest, teachings in that can be incorporated too as the two do compliment each other rather well. But can be excluded and work all the same. How you learn and progress is up to you.
