The Crossing Resort is a family owned and operated seasonal employer open from mid-April to mid-October. We are in Banff National Park, 80 kms north of Lake Louise, Alberta on the Icefield's Highway. The Parkway is marketed as one of the top ten most scenic drives in Canada. The Crossing boosts the best hiking the Canadian Rockies has to offer.
Your money goes further here. We cover your accommodation and all meals for just $14.46/day — on working days only. On a 6-on-1-off schedule, that's about $376/month for housing and food combined. Compared to $1,200–$1,800/month renting privately in the area, most of what you earn goes straight into your pocket.

The Crossing Resort is hiring a full-time Cashier for the 2026 season. This is a great fit for someone who loves meeting people and wants a job that lets them save up and see the world in the off-season.
What you'll do: Process transactions accurately; assist guests with purchases; keep the retail area tidy and well-stocked; provide friendly, helpful service to visitors from all over the world.
What we offer:
• $15–$17/hr depending on experience
• Accommodation and all meals for just $14.46/day (on working days only)
• 6 days on, 1 day off schedule
• Full-time hours from mid-April to mid-October
• A defined season means you can plan your off-season months in advance
What we're looking for: Friendly, dependable, and comfortable with cash and POS systems. Retail or customer service experience is an asset.
