We are a small retail operation. We work daytime hours with some Saturdays required. Our main products include breast prosthetics, bras, wigs, compression garments and other associated products.

Job Description:Position Summary PMA is seeking a candidate who will work along with the client's Construction Manager. You will work independently as well as support other team members as needed. You will be covering all structural disciplines and will be required based on the rotational schedule. CSA scope across the entire site includes rail works and bridge areas, rails/rough and finish, grade/deep underground earthworks, concrete/piling/bridge, and structural steel/buildings. In this position, the successful candidate will: * Represent the client at the construction site. * Demonstrate knowledge of project scope, contract, HSE system, specifications, regulations, codes, and project quality requirements. * Hire, manage, and guide structural construction supervisors. * Provide technical support to the client construction manager, other leads, supervisors, and site contractors. * Assist GC in completing scheduled milestones in assigned areas. * Support structural team members in other areas. * Bring innovative approaches, suggestions, and ideas to make the construction process more effective and safer. * Review project schedule, deliverables, and cost estimates. * Communicate daily with the contractor regarding safety, progress, challenges, and concerns. * Review Field Installation Work Packages, JHAs, IFA, and IFC drawings submitted by engineering consultants as required. * Make sure the contractor submits shop drawings and engineers review them. * Participate in planning discussions or workgroups to prepare for and prevent problems. * Assist in internal reports development. * Attend toolbox, safety meetings, and management safety walks. * Review contractor's time and cost reports, quotes, and cost estimates. * Monitor daily progress and compare with contractor's look-ahead schedules. * Assure contractor compliance to project HSE and quality requirements. * Follow up with contractor on nonconforming product remedial work and keep contractor accountable to their completion date. Monitor time and cost of remedial work. * Perform inspections with GC of the completed work scope. * Actively participate in final walkdowns. * Work with GC on completing the final walk downs punch items. Position Qualifications * Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously preferred. * A bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is strongly preferred. * Minimum of five years of experience in operations with challenging environmental health and safety aspects preferred. * Experience managing third-party resources to deliver business results preferred. * Knowledge of the company's environmental health and safety standards and international standards and codes related to building projects and construction safety preferred.
