Everything is in like new condition. It is doubtful that we spent 60 days in total in it since we brought it home. Extras we have added are customized roof vent covers, chocks, new mattress, camping accessories. Electric Pushout , electric awning ,three way fridge,stove. TV/Radio/CD built in. Shaw dish included. Load leveling hitch not required but strongly advised.

1993 Glendale 28ft 5fh wheel. The trailer is in excellent condition and extremely clean. Fiber glass shell. Hail proof. The trailer is 100% water tight with one by one out. The trailer will sleep 5 comfortably. All lights work both inside and out. Oak wood work throughout. Hot water heater and furnace both work well. Fridge stove and oven also in good working condition. Built-in air conditioning unit that is in good working order. The trailer has dual axle. All tires have a lot of tread left. Brakes are good. This trailer is ready to hook up and go camping.

Very nice trailer. 20 ft bobco. Completely redone includeing the frame and cross members (6 inch channel and 2” angle irons, no place to get salt in and rust out) and fur lumber floor. New tires includeing spare. Lights work, interior light is on a switch, breaks work. Wiring has all been redone, soldered and shrink tube conections, no but connectors or crimp Connections. This trailer is better then it was new. Stripped down, primed and painted. Only way to get a nicer trailer is to buy a brand new one. No rust, no cancer, no holes. 2 5/16 gooseneck hitch $8500 firm

Basically brand new. Full queen mattress. 38 feet long, 7000lb dry weight. We bought it in 2019, lived in it for a couple months while building a house and its been winterized and stored since. Beautiful trailer, 3 tvs, we added one to the master bedroom. Only ever pulled it once to regina for a recall and to get winterized. Was rodent proofed, paint protected, and has full warranty extended to 10 years. The original sticker on this trailer was 60,000, before the extended warranties and protections.
