Hello Ottawa Valley,
I’m a Certified Real Estate Staging Professional that’s possibly looking into starting a business or teaming up with someone to start a business with, in the area.
When I got certified 15 years ago, Staging was becoming a huge part of the real estate marketing plan, in the Toronto area, as well as in the larger cities across Canada .
However it was just starting to take off in the Ottawa area and there wasn’t much of a market for it. I did stage homes on a casual basis, as well did consultations for people that wanted to build/transition their home/office to a more of an energy efficient or “greener” lifestyle within their property. I did proposals, made suggestions, as well coordinated any work that people requested be done on their projects. I was also Certified in this area as well.
As the years have passed, I’ve focused my time on other areas of work and would really like to get back into this industry again, as it was a very rewarding job.

I’m looking to team up with someone to possibly start this venture in the Ottawa Valley area and I think the best success would be having a partner,; two heads are better then one, they say :)
