Our beautiful and efficient leghorns are having babies!!!! Eggs have gone in the incubator and we are starting a waitlist. Our leghorns are a blue and light brown Color.
These beauties aren’t only known for their looks, as they are a favorite of the poultry industry. The leghorn will lay anywhere from 280-320 eggs per year. That equates to about 4+ eggs per week! They are absolute machines when it comes to egg production and, for that reason, are one of the best egg laying chickens. They are a wonderful chicken for people who are looking to reduce their feed costs with high egg yield. They are stunning egg layers but not a cuddly breed. Lay a large white egg.

I have 2 Sub adults 4 months old, also I have 2 babies about 2 month old, they would require a bit more care but are still fairly easy to take care of. Great micro geckos to get started with or even for dart frogs cohabing. They live on a premade diet with occasional small crickets and fruit flies as a treat. Feel free to ask me about more information on them.
It's best to get 2 as they seem to do best in groups, note these are all female species and will reproduce on their own.

Pics of our breeding stock, Hank is our Mille fleur bantam Cochin roo over two Mille fleur frizzle hens, one mille fleur smooth hen, a buff hen, two black hens and one lavender.
We also added pics of the chicks from hatch to a couple of weeks .
The mille fleur may not get its full coloring until after the first molt.

Atlas and Phoenix had 9 beautiful puppies on March 13, 2024. There are 4 males and 5 females.
These puppies will make excellent active family dogs or loyal farm workers. They will be fairly small, likely around 35 pounds (but up to 50 pounds) and incredibly intelligent. The previous litter has some obedience stars, trick masters, and a few starting agility.
Mom and dad are our family dogs, and the puppies are being raised inside our home with constant attention. Before coming home they will be very well socialized with a variety of animals like cats, dogs, horses, chickens, and cows. They are raised with young children and a baby who play with them every day. They will be introduced to many different people, sounds, textures and toys in order to ensure they are very well rounded, capable and confident pets. Check out our website for more on our puppy program and photos of the previous litter.
While we do everything we can to ensure our puppies are healthy and well-rounded, they are very active dogs. They will require a job to do and regular exercise to ensure they stay happy and out of trouble. If you have any questions about the breed or their requirements, please don't hesitate to ask.
As the puppies start to show their personality I will make a recommendation on the one who is the best fit for you, but final decisions will be first come, first served.
Puppies are $1100 + HST.
