In order to hold your reservation we require a $500 refundable security deposit and portion of rental fee at time of booking.
The balance remaining is required 30days prior to your date of arrival.

Your deposit is fully refundable upon passing a departure inspection.

Family friendly, safe, easy water access, private dock. Bring your Boat.
20min to the main tourist areas of Bracebridge, Gravenhurst and Lake Muskoka.

-Linens (comforters and pillow cases provided)
-Beach Towels (some are provided)
-Life jackets, they are required when using paddleboards and kayaks (Some provided)

Departure expectations:
-All towels in basket in front of washing machine
-All dishes washed and put away if possible
-Please leave Cottage in broom swept and vacuumed condition
-All garbage, food waste, paper and plastic recycling taken home or to the bins at the dump located a few shorts minutes away
**Please leave all cans and bottles in recycle bins inside the bar.
-Have a safe drive home
