Responsibilities
· Works with Solution Architects to provide recommendations for OOTB configuration or custom solutions including deployments.
· Works with the business engineer to facilitate/co-facilitate requirements and design sessions.
· Works with team to configure, develop and implement solution(s) in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
· Functions as the mentor for our in-house functional specialist in-training team members
· Works with the information architect to model data changes to the Dataverse.
· Advises on best practices for configuring and extending Dynamics core features to support desired stakeholder outcomes and user experiences
The Functional Specialists are responsible for providing expertise to help assist, guide and mentor our D365 CRM configuration and implementation.
Qualifications
· Ability to configure and develop solutions/ custom solutions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform based on stated business requirements
· Ability to build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions as required to meet business requirements
· Ability to contribute to and validate design to actual implementation to ensure adherence to best practices and governance
· Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 plug-ins/ web resources and ability to recommend potential options.
· Deep knowledge of the features, components and architecture of selected Dynamics modules.
· Experience implementing solutions that support customer service (Customer Engagement Module)
· Experience implementing solutions that field service life cycles (Field Services Module)
