I own 2 weeks here as my home resort the Sheraton Vistana Resort but is usable at many other locations like the Bahamas, Mexico, Hawaii and many U.S. Locations, we just came back from the Bahamas staying at our resort at Harborside resort at Atlantis on Paradise Island next to Nassau and going to Mexico Westin Cancun Lagunamar Resort. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This 1 bedroom condo is located on the first floor and it has space enough to accept up to 4 guests, with a king size bed and a sofa bed that takes two and, 2 full bathrooms for the group.
Located in Palm Suite community, which is a quite place full of greenery, with a nice pool and lounge chairs. Located near the main street of El Cortecito and just a 10-minute walk to Bávaro Beach and numerous restaurants.
The space
This first floor condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a large dresser, a desk, a TV, ceiling fan, a large closet and private bathroom. There is also another full bathroom in the hall across the bedroom.
The living room has a large sofa bed and 2 extra seating, a TV and ceiling fan and next to it there´s a high dining table for 4. The kitchen is a spacious place and is fully equipped with its stove, oven, fridge, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc., and it also has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. By the kitchen there are the washer and dryer machines and a back exit door.
At the front of the apartment there is a balcony/terrace with an exterior dining table for 4, and you get access from the living room and the bedroom.
The apartment has private Wi-fi, TV cable, a phone and A/C.

A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.

I am placing this Ad for a friend of mine who owns this lovely Villa in Cancun as her English is limited.
I speak from experience when I say that this Villa is the best and yet most affordable Villa in the neighborhood. Firstly, it is a gated community with guards at 2 entrances. They are there 24/7. Not that you will need it, as it is a very safe neighborhood in a middle class neighborhood. Just outside the main gates (3 minute walk) is a "Six", Oxxo and 711 within 5 minute walk from gate. They all sell beer and alchohol. Sundays they close at 5pm for any alchohol. A 10 minute walk gets you to Soriana's plaza. And 15 minutes to Walmart. There is a great restaurant called "Mr Lasagna". Honestly, the best Lasagna and pizza I've had. Also great chinese food in the Soriana Mall. This is for those who don't particularly like Mexican food. Of course there are great Mexican restaurants just a walk away. Everything you need is in the studio. For those of us on a budget, it's great. Large fridge in each studio. Electic stove, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Towels, clean linens provided. Toilet paper (2 rolls) so you have to buy your own aferwards. Air conditioning in all rooms. And the best thing is TV and GREAT WIFI. Oh ya....... the POOL right in the backyard is heaven! You CANNOT smoke in the unit but there are tables and chairs and ashtrays right outside your unit.
