**Our 3 visit per week Snowbird rate is $99 (incl HST) and includes all house sitting services, Snow blowing or lawn cutting will be charged at a $20-$30 rate depending on size.
Once a week (or twice a week) visits are available for $39/visit while you are away from home - (grass or snow removal for additional charges)...
We will maintain your home in whatever manner you require. Lawn maintenance, snow removal, mail collected, recycles and garbage, plants watered, as well as a general inspection of your home and property with every visit.

PET SITTING - Keeping your pet in your home while away can have many benefits over a kennel...Many dogs are fine in a kennel, and some thrive in the environment...That is all good, and if it works for your pet and you - all the better...My service offers a place where your dog is most comfortable - in your home - where they know their surroundings and have what they need...Our service tends to all of their needs, and keeps them safe and sound awaiting your return...and believe me - they are awaiting YOUR return - when they hear that key in the lock - they are hoping that it is you...but me (and maybe a treat) will do for the time being...
We specialize in cat sitting…and only take dog sits in the December thru March months. (sorry, but we don not have the time that it requires to see your dog enough in the Apr-Nov time periods…that said - we sometimes can arrange it, so call and we can talk.

Our dog sitting service is a minimum full 4 visit per day sitting. Early morning... noon-ish...late afternoon dinner-time... and then a late night pee break. (your dog needs this...) Cats and other pets can be seen on a once or twice a day set-up , but we stand behind our 4 visits/day for dogs. We will not negotiate for fewer visits per day - our philosophy is that your dog needs to get outside at least this many times, and is much, much better off with 4 visits.
**Full week long dog sits will include all other house sitting services mentioned below...snow or lawn cutting will be done at a reduced rate of $20-$30 depending on yard/driveway size…(Snow blower will have to be on site, or we will only shovel a decent path)

- Dog Sitting $49.72/day ($44+HST) (minimum 4 visits) - Cat Sitting $26/day (minimum 1 visit daily) - additional pet charge $15 (one single charge per sit) - **No additional charge for multiple cats...Cat sits can be increased to 2 visits/day if needed/desired for a small additional fee...
***Where required (and when available) - some pet sits/house sits can include me staying at your home...If this is needed, we can discuss at your convenience...
**I find that some people find my pet sitting services a little too high priced, and I completely understand...my service is one that fits a certain need...that of a pet that you do not wish to remove from his/her home..that is much more comfortable at home...I come to see them in their own environment and keep them as happy as I can until your return....simple as that...If your pet works or loves going to one of the kennels in town, that is great...we have a couple of very very good ones in our community...but if a home pet sitting service is what you require and if this works for you...give me a call.

Looking to find a new home for our 8 month old male goldendoodle.
His name is Maxie, he is leash, crate and house trained, listens to basic commands, sit, come and lay down.
Great with children, we have an 18 month old, 7 and 11 year old that love him dearly.
Reason for rehoming - We have been put in a situation to relocate and are unable to bring our little guy.
We are looking for serious inquires only. Wanting him to go to a warm, loving home with room for him to run and play, where he is able to be given the time and attention required. We have put an adoption fee as to ensure he is going to someone who is serious about giving him the love and care he needs.
Food, crate, leash, collar, toys and blanket will be provided.
Located in Goderich ON will commute within an hours drive.
