Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly: $25/hr. **Please note that monthly cleanings usually involved more time and a deeper cleaning due to me coming in less often.**
One time jobs: contact me and we can discuss.Cleaning includes:
- vacuuming/sweeping and washing all floors
- dusting all surfaces
- thorough cleaning/sanitizing of all bathrooms, including shower/tub and toilet
- thorough cleaning/sanitizing of your kitchen (I’ll wash dishes but they will be air dried)
- spot cleaning of windows, mirrors and kitchen/bathroom cabinets
* baseboards and blinds will require extra time *Cleaning DOES NOT include:
- organizing toys/closets/drawers
- laundry
- exterior windows
- oven interiors
- defrosting of freezers
- cleaning interiors of fridges
- anything outside my reach
- lifting, pulling out or moving heavy furniture or appliances, although you’re welcome to do so before I arrive so I can clean underneath those areas
- pet cages, pet waste, litter boxes, etc
- mold or other hazardous materialsAnything beyond this can definitely be discussed for an additional fee but should be decided on ahead of time. I can bring my own supplies, unless there’s something specific you want me to use. Please have your own vacuum on hand. If you don’t, I can make arrangements to bring one.
