HIGH GRADE VIRGIN PLACER CLAIMS FOR LEASE
IN THE YUKON

We have 18 Virgin Placer claims located in the Dawson Mining District . There is a industrial Class 4 water & land use permits in place for mining. Lots of water, good road access & very small plane Airstrip nearby .

High Grade virgin gold claims for lease with the right deal. We are sitting on one of the richest finds in the region in a long time, found by a placer geologist and has been drilled.
Of note, I'm a second generation miner, born in the Yukon, looking to lease out due to health reasons

This is a very good paying creek, random limited drilling discovered by a well known (Placer Specialist Geologist.) A rich zone Called a “Glory Hole.” The average gold grade between two drill holes is approx. .105 CY per ounce of gold that works out to be approx. 10 CY washed material per ounce of Gold. Numbers may fluctuate depending on your type of sluice plant and your recovery rates as you know. Either way this is very high grade find .

Of note, we are nearby another high grade gold producing creek,

High grade pay zone gravels noted is from drill hole G8 -1 encountered approx.: (6 ft.) inferred gold grade returned 0.195 oz. Gold per CY , G8-2 drill hole returned approx., (10 ft.) inferred gold grade 0.051 oz. Gold per CY. Average grade between both drill Holes (150 ft.) spacing averages approx. .105 ounces Gold per CY. washed material and glory holes usually run up to a couple thousand feet long . many test shafts have been sunk and have encountered AU in each shaft, the high grade a larger Trommel could wash the over burden @ approximately 200cy an hour and get approximately ounce a hour gold is in the Geological testing and reports . sworn to the Ontario securities commission.

This creek is gently v shaped valley floor that has possibly condensed the high grade gold making this very attractive for mining purposes and blue sky potential.

The creek is located on Klondike Schist rock formation and considerable work and testing has been done to date, we have encountered very good showings and results throughout the property.

50% Highway miles as it was used to travel across Saskatchewan for work. Great van, reliable, holds value well. Many recent (minor) repairs. I havent had much problems with it since ive owned it, very minor things. Great for a family. Im looking for 5000$ firm, may take offers. Dont let the KM's worry you, do some research and youll see Hondas are notorious for running well with high KM. Its a great deal for the right person. Kelly Blue Book value has these holding a value of $14,000+ with 200,000 KM. I feel im taking a hit but I just purchased a new vehicle and its time to let my ol baby go.
