Currently sitting at Canora Beach Resort (just moved in Fall 2025). Possibility to take over the seasonal lot (2026 fees not paid yet). Includes a transferable Ultimate coverage plan effective until May 2031 worth $5200. Also includes an upgraded ultra comfortable queen mattress in the master bedroom and plush mattress covers on both double beds in the bunk room. Reason for selling is that we are buying a cabin.
