It’s back – G4G Regina’s popular Fabric, Yarn and More sale! During April 2024, we will be collecting, sorting, and preparing for the sale – all in the same space. The attached poster has the details you need, complete with donation drop off dates and location, and when the time comes, the dates for the sale itself in that same location.
We heard you! We have had so many enquiries about when we’re holding another sale. It has taken a while to make the arrangements, and now we are moving forward.
The grandmothers of sub-Saharan Africa continue to face inequalities and injustice. They want and deserve better for themselves, for their grandchildren, and for their communities. They are not asking for charity, for pity, nor for favours. Access to health care, protection from violence, political representation, food security and shelter are their human rights, and they have come to claim them!
Please think about collecting any unused fabric, yarn, and notions you may have, and when April comes, you will be able to drop off your donations. Our volunteers will be waiting. The SALE will be April 26th and 27th at St James United Church where you can attend the sale to replenish your supply and support the Grandmothers of Africa!

Regina Food Bank donations will be accepted at the door.

Prayer to the Guardian Angel for Wisdom in Communication with Others
Beloved Guardian Angel,
In the gentle embrace of your celestial wings, I humbly come before you, seeking your divine guidance and wisdom as I navigate the intricate dance of human connection. As I tread the path of interpersonal communication, grant me the discernment to comprehend the unspoken words, the patience to listen with an open heart, and the empathy to understand the depths of others' souls.
Illuminate my mind with the light of wisdom, that I may choose my words with care and speak them with kindness. Bestow upon me the grace to recognize the beauty in diversity, to appreciate the uniqueness of each individual, and to foster connections that transcend the superficial boundaries of our earthly existence.
Guardian of wisdom, help me to cultivate a spirit of humility, enabling me to learn from every interaction and to recognize the lessons that lie beneath the surface of our shared experiences. May the words I express be a source of encouragement, inspiration, and solace to those with whom I engage.
In your divine presence, I find strength to overcome the challenges of communication, to bridge the gaps that separate hearts, and to foster a sense of unity among all beings. As I journey through the tapestry of human relationships, may your wisdom be my compass, guiding me towards understanding, compassion, and love.
I express my deepest gratitude, dear Guardian Angel, for your unwavering guidance and the wisdom you bestow upon me. With a heart filled with appreciation, I acknowledge the sacred dance we engage in together, and I trust in the benevolence of your celestial watch over my soul.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Three Seeds of Ecological Spirituality with Shawn Sanford Beck
Wednesday, March 29, 2023
7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
at The Refinery, 609 Dufferin Avenue, Saskatoon
Cost: $30
“Three Seeds of Ecological Spirituality” … Come for an evening of shared reflection and gentle spiritual practice, as the Rev. Shawn Sanford Beck offers us the “three seeds” of Christian Animism, Green Priestcraft, and Kything. For many, these will be entirely new concepts and forms of spirituality, each of which has the potential to deepen our relationship with the living Earth and all the more-than-human neighbours with whom we share this precious life. As these seeds spring to life within the soil of your soul, you may find yourself on the journey of becoming a chaplain to creation!
Shawn has been involved with eco-spirituality and green theology for the past two decades. From urban full moon ceremonies, to off-grid earthen prayer, to extensive work with druidic and other creation-centric traditions, Shawn has sown the seeds of greenspirit practice wherever he goes!
Please visit www.emmanuelrefinery.org or call (306) 653-3549 to register.
