∙ be able to multitask with flexibility to meet changing priorities with minimal direction
∙ have strong proof-reading ability
∙ have quick and accurate keyboard skills
∙ provide reception, clerical and administrative support for the office
∙ provide clear and timely communication with public, clients, team leaders and project managers
∙ schedule appointments for management and project managers
∙ file documents in an organized sequence
∙ answering and making phone calls with etiquette
∙ create and forward communication in email formats
∙ document preparation and editing
∙ manage incoming and outgoing mails and parcels
