Hey, I’m currently looking for a female roommate preferably going to school. You will be sharing an apartment with me and my cat. Which means that the place is pet friendly but there will be fees.
You get the master bedroom.
Rent is $500/month and if you want a car stall which comes with electricity it’s an extra $25/month
Everything is including except for power and internet, so it’s split in half between the two of us and will be about $50
The lease is until the end of July 2020 so I’m looking for someone whose willing to stay for the rest of the lease.
Close by bus stops, right downtown so near many different stores, cafes, etc.
Everything is furnished except for the room.
