Why stay a week when you can stay a whole month? Beautiful newly renovated Condo with King Casper mattress. We are located on Oahu’s Westside in the town of Waianae. The unit is about 45 min from HNL airport. Approximately 12 miles away is the modern master planned community of Kapolei, where all the big box stores are located. Our Condo is right at the waters edge where you can swim in the safe lagoon & snorkel with the local fish and turtles that live there. Spot whales and dolphins from the unit. Explore the miles of beautiful shoreline. There is golfing at Makaha Country Club, Waianae harbor has fishing, diving, site seeing boat tours, lots of hiking trails, and because this is the dry side of the Island, plenty of sunshine. Pearl Harbor, Germaines Luau, fine dining just minutes away. Waikiki beach and Honolulu are about 1 hr drive. The bus system is cheap and goes all over the Island. We do recommend renting a car. We also have our Nissan Sentra available for rent @ $600.00us extra per month if needed.
The complex has 2 pools, bbq grills, weight room & 2 laundry mats. Our unit is on the Penthouse level, which is the top floor of a 4 story building. Though it does have a AWESOME view there is 1 downfall, the elevator only goes to floor 3, so you will have steps. The parking garage is covered and you only have 7 steps to go up from there to get to 4th floor. We have a great cart that rolls over the stairs to make transporting your supplies easier. The Condo comes fully stocked with way more than the normal supplies. Toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, refrigerator full of condiments, spices, and of course pool and beach chairs, towels, masks,fins, etc. If it’s nightlife and lots of people your after, this is NOT your place. If you wanna hang with the locals and see beautiful beaches and mountains then you will love it. Come to the WESTSIDE and see the Birthplace of Singer Songwriter Israel Kamakawiwo’ole. You will see why he wrote “Aw Makaha what a beautiful place”.

Lot 553 Outdoor Resort Palm Springs
Picturesque lot with brand new 2019 Solitude 5th wheel in the gated community of Outdoor Resort located in Cathedral City (Palm Springs). Just steps away from one of seven satellite pools/hot tubs and tennis court and a three acre citrus orchard ready for the picking. Our lot features palm trees, a lemon, orange, red grapefruit, tangerine and lime trees and is set among panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The resort has two large clubhouses with full size pools, hot tubs, restaurant and bar, tennis and pickle ball courts, world class fitness facility, social activities and an executive 18 hole par 3 golf.
Our 2019 Solitude 5th wheel trailer features two bedrooms. A master suite with King Bed and full bathroom. A second bedroom with pull out couch, and multiple bunks with a bathroom and private entrance. Main room features an open kitchen, residential fridge, pantry, fireplace, leather lazy boy seats, and entertainment centre and built in inside and outside speaker system, dining table and Kitchen Island. Outside on the trailer is a built- in bar fridge, sink, and BBQ grill set with a patio furniture set.Our lot and trailer are available from November 1 2023 to April 15 2025.
