cabins on permanent foundations. We are looking for someone who is highly experienced in
construction (preferably with tiny homes) and has a high commitment to a quality product.
Bluegrass Meadows Micro Village is located 15 minutes from Terrace B.C. on the beautiful
Kalum River, one of the best fishing rivers in western Canada. If you’re passionate about tiny
home living this could be your ‘dream job’! As well as building tiny homes we have created
Canada’s first tiny home community.
Bluegrass Meadows currently has 45 tiny homes and cabins and we will be building many more
this summer and beyond. We build CSA certified RV’s and Park Models as well as cabins on

phases of home construction to ensure that the plans and code rules are being followed
accurately. Word and Excel skills are an asset.
Terrace offers amazing skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing and many other outdoor activities.
In the future other opportunities will exist beyond Terrace as we have secured properties and
will be building more tiny house communities in other amazing BC mountain communities over
the next few years.
On site accommodation can be provided. Salary based on experience. References required.
