- Responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating all the production processes such as slaughtering, processing, storage and distribution of products
- Ensure that the Ethnic Heritage technique of production (which is unique and at the center of all production activities at the establishment) is strictly adhered to at every stage of production
- Prepare work schedules and timelines for members of staff
- Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products
- Take appropriate measures towards proper monitoring and documentation of all production activities, including a quality control inspection system and production reporting procedures
- Regularly review production and storage records to determine productivity
- Ensure that all production processes is in strict compliance with government regulations and compliance
- Will assist in core production activities whenever the need arises
- Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targetsThis is a full-time position for at least 2 years and at least 30 hours per week (2 vacancies)
