Newly renovated two Bedroom Condo on the south side of Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island). Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the nicest white sand on the Gulf of Mexico. Great location with all the amenities. Nearby grocery stores, Margaritaville, pharmacy, Farmer’s Markets, new restaurants, and more.

Condo à West Palm Beach en Floride Bonjour, Hi.......Très beau condo à louer dans un ''gated community''........2 ch. à coucher, 2 salles de bain........frais peinturé, laveuse &sécheuse dans le condo, entièrement meuble, incluant toute la literie et articles de cuisine, a proximité de marche de Walgren-Publix-Walmart food store.........rstaurants, Home Depot, clinique médicale , tout cela à moins de 7-8 minutes de marche! Communauté construite il y a 17ans seulement,.......2 piscines, 2 spas, 2 gyms, etc......Wifi, espace de stationnement, balcon extérieur donnant sur le golf... Location de Nov à Avril @ 2700.00 US par mois et 2000.00 US le reste de l'année!
Hi.......Very nice condo in a gated community......2 bedroom and 2 bathroom......washer-dryer inside the condo......freshly painted and fully furnished......linens and everything needed in a household is in there.....7-8 minute walk to Walgreen-Publix-Walmart food store-Home-Depot-restaurants and walk-in clinic..... Wifi, parking space and outdoor balcony looking at the golf course!
