Well maintained tandem peterbilt. Always serviced. Cummins engine with a fresh topend rebuild last fall. 18 speed transmission with a newer clutch brake. Frame and gravel box sand blasted and painted a couple months ago. Langfab gravel box with tarp. 425 steers with a heavy front end and 245 drive tires. New turbo actuator last month, new clutch last summer, all brand new rubber this month, all new slack adjusters last week. Truck is in good shape, looks sharp still and works everyday so kms may increase. Only reason putting it for sale is because I ordered a new truck. If you want an 18 speed you better hurry. Government is now regulating all transmissions to be automatic !!! If you want to shift gears in a nice looking reliable truck this is the one for you !!!! If ad is still up truck is still for sale.

Mid 1990’s Timberjack 618. Has 8.3 cummins engine-the 230hp after cooled one. Starts at touch of the key, runs nice. Resealed hydraulic pump shaft seals, some pilot block and control valve horses and orings. Changed some hoses. Two new front idlers, good sprockets. 30 degree head. Saw is tight.
The bad:
Rails and pads arent new but still have lots of life. Runs warm sometimes if outside temp is warm, likely needs a good rad flash. Still has a few hydraulic leaks on control valve and the engine leaks a small amount on front cover and oil cooler(minor, just annoying). Door latch needs some tlc.
Has been a spare the last few winters, but cut a big of row last week. Looking to upgrade to bigger machine and put my current one as spare. Great farm or woodlot machine. $23,000 located in Telkwa
