I’m looking for a person who wants to be in a very remote bush location caring for our two daughters (6 & 8) and cooking in a camp situation.We run our own hunting camp in the spring for about 6 weeks and in the fall for about 4 weeks when we’re not at home.Duties in camp include cooking dinner for guides and hunters, basic cleaning and feeding the kids during the day and bringing them to bed.There is cellphone service in our camp but no power. Just a generator. When we’re in camp you would have your own cabin and there is a central shower and some outhouses. I have 30 existing 3-bedroom town homes in Fort St James Northern BC Canada with New roofs, Windows, Doors and existing exposed wood and stucco.There's a total of 5 buildings with attached carports and decks.
I'm looking for a renovation on the exterior on these buildings and cover up the exposed wood/windows and facia and give it a new facelift.
I have some photos to view. Creative ideas are welcome. My thoughts are paint and repair the existing stucco, clad the windows, and put hardy board on the exposed wood then metal facia on the open soffits. Your ideas are welcome!

Reporting to the Pit Supervisor, Haul Truck Operators are responsible for safely operating various models of haul trucks transporting coal or rock in an open pit coal mine. - Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Operate haul trucks ranging in size from 180 ton to 400 ton capacity on a 12-hour shift, including night shifts
- Work and operate outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, fog, and winter conditions
- Perform repetitive tasks that could involve heavy lifting
- Inspect equipment, such as tires, fluids, lights, brakes, to ensure equipment is fully functional and safe for operating
- Communicate with dispatch, other operators, and supervisors using communication devices such as two-way radio and on-board computers
- Perform pit utility duties, including handling electrical cables, delivering supplies across the pit, and inspecting or driving equipment and vehicles
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, without learner’s restrictions
- Previous heavy equipment operation, industrial experience, or computer literacy is considered beneficial
