About our rabbitry....
Nettle Blossom Burrows is our family-run rabbitry, nestled in the forested uplands of British Columbia's historic Cariboo region. We are tucked away just off of the Barkerville Highway outside of Quesnel BC. Our Holland Lops are raised in a peaceful rural setting where fresh mountain air and quiet country living are part of everyday life. Our 6 children are very involved in the rabbits day to day life so we are always excited to place bunnies in homes with kids.

If pick up from the Cariboo area isn't possible or convenient for you, we work with multiple experienced transporters who can help us deliver bunnies around BC/AB. We have also flown bunnies to their new families with West Jet with great success! All delivery costs are additional and at the buyers expense.

Flock of mainly Icelandic sheep. A bit of East Friesian and shetland blood in a couple. Excellent lawnmowers and brush clearers. Ewes are great moms.
10 ewes and a ram. Ewes and ram were shorn in the spring. Would consider moving some lambs as well.
Can come with 2 hay feeders and 2 stanchions for milking, vet stuff, general husbandry. 3 of the ewes were dairy animals for a few years. There's a few other odds and ends that could be included as well. Transportation could be arranged. We are located near New Hazelton, BC - 45 minutes west of Smithers.

Great Pyrenees/Bernese Mountain Dog Puppies. These puppies are looking for new farms/homes on June 20th! They are from two working parents who have kept my farm predator free for years. These cuties are just so loveable and cuddly! They love nothing better than to snuggle with their people Black pugs also have a super power! They shed much less than fawn pugs do! There are 4 boys and 2 girls. They are 9 weeks and are ready for their new homes!

Ceder is a 4 year old white Husky with blue eyes. She is very energetic and has lived with me for three years.
She is moderately trained but very good at learning.
I haven't been in a situation that allows me to give her the care she needs in a consistent way and have to come to terms with that it may still be years before I get there.
If you are an active person who does hikes or backcountry skis or work in the bush Cedar would be a lovely companion for you. she is very empathetic and really loves people.

We had a beautiful litter of Bernese Mountain dog / Bull mastiff puppies!
We have only 2 gorgeous girls left! They were born Sept 4th and are ready for their forever homes!!
They are well socialized with our children, chickens, turkeys and cats.
Girls are pictured individually in photos 1-2 and together in photo 3.
The girls have beautiful mostly black with brown brindle coloring. The one female has a slightly longer coat then her sister.
This breed combination makes for the ultimate guardian for property, livestock and children. They will be willing to join in on adventures and active lifestyles in every season. They have the patience to love anyone in their pack big and small.
Our dogs have amazing temperments and spend their days splitting their time between checking the property and animals to following the children around. They will alert on anything that is out of the normal farm happenings.
They spend a big majority of their time outside but are always willing to hold down the couch for a nap.

Mom is a purebred K O M O N D O R that is amazing with the livestock and children. She doesn’t leave the territory and keeps any other animals away. She has hypoallergenic fur that is corded and needs a quick shave every spring or she can have her hair grown out in dreads. She is a RARE breed and this is her only litter so it’s a great opportunity to add one of her little ones to your farm/family!
Dad is a M A R E M M A / P Y R E N E E S cross that is an excellent guard that doesn’t leave the homestead and we have zero worries for predators. He’s great with the livestock and keeps the chickens in the yard if they get out of their areas.

Each puppy is uniquely colored, no 2 are the same! Handled daily by small children and socialized to cats - these pups should make excellent family dogs.
Australian Shepherd’s are known for their intelligence and loyalty, as well as for their easy-going nature. Average size is 35-55lbs, making for a nice medium sized dog. Mom (Daisy) has a calm demeanor and loves playing with her soccer ball, running after a frisbee, or just being close to her people. Dad (Finn) is very friendly and extremely gentle with children.
Puppies will come vet checked, dewormed, and have their first vaccinations. Each pup comes with a starter collar and leash.We are working with them a little bit each day, introducing crate time and teaching them some basic commands. These are super smart pups!
