I have SIX weeks in 2025 in Cabo San Lucas at the stunning Pueblo Bonito Rose - downtown close to marina, shopping and night life.
Right on the beach and safe to swim.
This studio suite sleeps up to 4 people with two double beds. It is a single-story luxury suite with spacious ocean view terrace or balcony, luxurious bathroom, kitchen (with full-size refrigerator/freezer, cook top; microwave), and indoor/outdoor dining areas.
Also available: Executive suite sleeps 6 with two doubles in a separate bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the livingroom. It has 2 full bathrooms and an extra large deck. These suites are $3,000 per week. The resort has too many amenities to list here. Google Pueblo Bonito Rose for more pictures.

The entertainment staff is incredible. We didn’t stop laughing the entire week! We participated in and even won some games. We loved beach volleyball, tequila volleyball, the pageants, the iron man competition, battle of the sexes, couples trivia, music and movie trivia, daring darts, and numerous other activities. Never a dull moment! Even though this is ADULT ONLY and ADULT THEMES, we found it very comfortable. Not everyone is topless but if you chose to go topless it is not a big deal as everyone is very comfortable. The resort is very classy. We are NEVER bored and we have so much fun! Easy access to the clubs and nightlife (Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, The City), but there is so much fun at Temptation that you probably won't want to leave!

Superbe maison intime et chaleureuse à louer pour vos vacances au Mexique.
Si vous voulez essayer quelque chose d'autre que des immenses hotels à 900 chambres chacun sans intimité et seulement avec une formule tout-inclus, c'est la parfaite maison pour vous. Vous pourriez vraiment goûter à la culture mexicaine et essayer tout ce que ce coin de paradis vous offre.
La maison comprend 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains (on peut même accéder dans les salles de bains par les chambres à coucher ), des portes coulissantes dans chaque chambre à coucher avec accès au coin jardin et patio en arrière de la maison, 3 ACs, WIFI, safe, lit King et Queen dans chaque chambre, cuisine totalement équipée(four, micro-ondes, cafétière, grill. Beautiful, oceanfront condo, 2 bedrooms loft, 2.5 bathrooms, Located on the beach of Banderas Bay-Nuevo Vallarta. This condo sleeps 2-6 people. Offers a spectacular view of the ocean and poolside with gorgeous maintained gardens.
The unit is nicely furnished, AC throughout the entire unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace (with gas BBQ), one bedroom on the second floor (king size bed), with master bath and balcony overlooking the ocean and second bedroom (also king size bed) on lower level with a full bath and small kitchenette/bar (this can be an excellent choice for two couples vacationing together). For additional sleeping there is a Murphy bed (with very comfortable queen mattress); apartment unit has laundry facilities.
This complex offers a beautiful gated and secured community in Nuevo Vallarta, has two infinity pools and a wet pool on the beach.
The unit provides Smart TV, WIFI Internet connection and it is in close proximity to neighbouring resorts (the Riu Palace Pacifico Hotel and Riu Jalisco Resort) so you can participate in many activities down the beach.

At the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort in Nuevo Nayarit (approx 10 kms north of Puerto Vallarta) we have 3 one week periods available (excluding christmas or easter holiday seasons) for our timeshare. On occasion in the past we’ve been able to book and reserve additional weeks, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There are two TVs (including many US and Canadian channels), ceiling fans, air conditioning and a safe. Two couches with trundle beds and linens provide sleeping for an additional four people, or 6 in total. Depending on availability, the room can either be ocean or mountain view (pictures provided for both views). There is daily in-room housekeeping service and a central laundry area.

A beautiful, modern condo with security and gated parking, 200 meters from the beach and 200 meters from 5th Avenue, Playa's main drag. Located in the north, quieter part of Playa del Carmen. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom could be set up as a king or 2 twin beds.
2nd bedroom also has a small folding couch for children up to 10-years-old.
