Looking to play jazz
Description
I’m a 31 year old guitarist and I’ve been wanting to get back into playing music regularly now that I’ve moved back to St. John’s. I love playing straight jazz standards, but I’m happy playing any sort of improvised music, from blues to bluegrass to free playing.
I have a decent amount of experience gigging and recording, as well as an understanding of theory. Of course, I’m open to play with any instrument. I especially love playing in duos.
At the very least it would be nice to just get together once a week or so and jam, but if things click it would great to try some gigging.
