The three bedroom cottage on the St. John River in Kingston New Brunswick rents weekly for $1800. The cottage is available from June to September.
There are three large bedrooms with queen size beds. The master bath includes a large soaking top glass in shower and double vanity. The second bathroom has a large shower and vanity. The kitchen and sitting room are an open concept. The kitchen is fully equipped so all you have to do is bring your food. A large barbeque is on the deck for your outdoor cooking. The cottage has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the family room or the large screened in porch. The screened in porch allows you to sit in the comfort and enjoy morning coffees, or a late night relaxation . There is also a large media room, which includes a large TV, DVD player, plenty of movies, selection of games and books for your enjoyment.
Enjoy privacy on this quiet road. There are some cottages and your round houses on this road.
Kayaks and paddle boards are available for you to enjoy the river on your private beach.. Life jackets are available and are a must. There are plenty of beach towels for your use.
This cottage is approximately an hour from the capital city of Fredericton and a 90 minute drive to the city of Moncton. Saint John is approximately half an hour from the cottage.

This beautiful cottage is nestled amongst the pines on a private 1 1/2-acre lot, just a 5-minute walk to our beach, overlooking breathtaking Traverse Bay. Features vaulted ceiling, stone and pine walls, solid oak hardwood floor, sunken living room, washer & dryer, ceramic tiled bathroom (walls & floor),large shower with a 2nd lower shower head for those sandy feet, flush toilet, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, Belgium waffle maker, large electric grill for pancakes and eggs, dishes, pots and pans, full size fridge plus extra bar size fridge, stove, deep freezer, 4 slice toaster, blender etc. sand box and wagon for kids. You can go over to the restricted area of Victoria Beach whenever you like, to eat those delicious bakery treats or have dinner at the Moon Light Inn, followed by a nice stroll on the beautiful grounds. Treat the kids to some ice cream and let them play on the large play structure. Oh, the joys of summer!
If golf is your thing, we are just a 5 min. drive to 26-hole Manitoba renowned Grand Pines Golf Course. We are close to all amenities, VLT's, movie rentals, restaurants, lotto, boat launch and just 25 mins. from the South Beach Casino to try your luck!
