What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in custom framing, finish carpentry, timber framing, or high-end custom carpentry
Ability to work efficiently in both shop & site environments
A problem-solver who takes initiative and works well in a team
Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and handling heavy timbers
Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
