We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals for foreman/crew leaders that are able to manage and oversee small, medium and large projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will work closely and in collaboration with the business owner. We are also interested in general labourers with horticultural experience, carpenters and other various tradespeople.
Range of pay $18-$45 per hour to be determined by experience and qualifications. Company perks include business discounts, paid travel time, bonuses, etc. There is also the potential opportunity for the right candidate to enter into a future partnership arrangement.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Able to perform demanding physical tasks and heavy lifting.

HARDSCAPE SKILLS:
• Reading blueprints.
• Setting elevation and grades.
• Using heavy equipment and operating a commercial vehicle (preferred).
• Installing driveways, patios, retaining walls and steps.
• Able to work with wet and dry cast stone and natural materials.
SOFTSCAPE SKILLS:
• Planting and maintaining shrubs, trees and perennials.
• Lawn cutting.
• Fertilizing.
• Working with sod and mulch.
• Weed control.
OTHER/OFF-SEASON
• Equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Snow plowing and removal, including hand shovelling and sanding, with various equipment (plow truck, skid steer, wheel loader, etc.).
