Description
Valais Blacknose sheep are still rare in Canada. They are known as The Cutest Sheep in the World and have recently been seen in The Sheep Detective and Clarkson’s Farm. We were one of the first breeders in Western Canada and immediately fell in love with their friendly, people-loving nature in addition to their undeniably adorable looks. We have 4 for sale, two ewes and two lambs, check our other ads.
Emma, is as friendly as she is adorable. She’s the first to come over to visit and loves attention, scritches and treats being her favourite type of attention. We expect she will be on the smaller side same as her mom.

Polly is the farm favourite, smart, curious, and full of personality. She’s the one who figures things out, including opening partially open doors with her nose. She's a smaller ewe with beautiful long white fleece that grows so long she gets sheared twice a year and a calm, friendly personality. She had a lovely single ewe lamb this year, delivered easily on her own and is a great mom. Halter trained and easy to work with.
5 years old, ready to go end of June when her lamb is weaned.

Our flock is tested (2026) and negative for Ovine Progressive Pneumonia (Maedi-Visna) and Johne’s disease, and is free of virulent foot rot, keds, and lice. Lambs will have their first vaccination and be ear tagged, tail docked, wormed and foot trimmed. Ewes will be wormed and foot trimmed. We send regular photo updates until they're ready to go.
We are located in Roberts Creek, BC on the Sunshine Coast, a short ferry ride from Vancouver.
