The suite is large, bright and has been renovated. The unit has newer paint, windows, flooring and a large east facing composite deck with aluminum railings. The building has a newer roof, exterior finishes, landscaping, mailboxes, is wired for 4G and has completely refurbished common areas. This senior/adult friendly complex has on-site laundry, with free dryers, and also includes a paved/powered off street parking stall that fits 2 cars. The stall is steps from the rear entrance and very convenient. This quiet, safe building is secured by a telephone based system that restricts all access and has a live-in caretaker. The complex is located in south Swift Current, directly across from the CO-OP for all your gas and grocery needs. Rent includes heat, water, free parking stall and use of free dryers. I'm renting a spacious fully furnished room. It's clean in a good area of town. Close to the Wheatland Mall, gas bars, across from a Church and a nice park a walk away. We have a new walking path which takes you around the city also close to popular coffee shops. I'm looking for a non partier, non smoker; only smoking or vaping are aloud outside. Each room has a tv, bar fridge, and a fan for outside noise. I also have 2 deep freezers and an extra large size fridge if needed. It's a quiet home, very clean and comfortable. Only serious people need to apply. Thank you

Fully Furnished room rentals in Waldeck a 10 minutes drive to Swift Current, House two floors , floors are separate from one another. Everyone works during the day , perfect for someone who works day or night shift.
The room is located on our bottom floor , your own personal bathroom is in your room , each room has its own key , and the floor has everything you would need in a home , we supply all your tissue, laundry soap dish soap , garbage bags ECT; for the first month. One person per room . Your room is located on the west side of the house so you are able to get the sunset each night out your window.
The kitchen has all utensils , plates ,bowls ,cups ,blender ,insta pot , cookware ,coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave and more .
Laundry room washer and dryer, as well as cleaning supplies , cloths , we have a central vac vacuum and a easy spray mop.
It's a shared front door with a code for each of you, there will be two of you sharing 2189 square feet
In the winter months we get our road and driveway done so it's free of snow , we also have plug in located at the door . We have lots of space for parking.
We have heat and A/C in the summer months , (electric, heating,WiFi, parking)including in your monthly price of $997 plus tax / month
a one time cleaning fee of $200 and $200 DD on move in day
