```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure accuracy of orders and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Process payments and handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Perform basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting
```Experience```
- Previous experience in guest services or the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, anticipate guest needs, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members
