Looking for a natural, highly effective way to clear hair algae and leftover food from your aquarium? I have a healthy, active batch of tank-raised Great Pond Snails (Lymnaea stagnalis) available size may vary
This generation is being raised entirely indoors in a clean, dedicated tank setup with proper calcium for strong, healthy shells.
Why Add Great Pond Snails to Your Tank?
Ultimate Algae Eaters: They use a specialized, toothed tongue to actively scrape hair algae, green film, and bio-film off your tank glass and decorations.
Natural Scavengers: They clean up decaying plant matter and leftover fish food before it can rot and ruin your water quality.
Fascinating Looks: They are one of the largest freshwater snail species in North America, growing up to 1.5–2 inches! They feature beautiful, pointed spiral shells and unique, flat, triangular tentacles.
Air Breathers: They have a simple lung and will cruise up to the top of your tank to breathe air, making them incredibly fun to watch.
Great Live Food: Excellent as a sustainable, healthy food source for specialized fish like Pea Puffers, Loaches, or Assassin Snails.
Variety Pricing Packages:
The Single "Pet" Snail: $3.00 each (Great for a single Betta tank)
The Nano Tank Trio: 3 Snails for $8.00
The Standard Clean-Up Pack: 5 Snails for $12.00
The Heavy-Duty Algae Squad: 10 Snails for $22.00
The Master Hatchery Colony Pack: 25 Snails for $50.00 (Best value for massive tanks, indoor ponds, or starting your own active feeder-breeding colony)
