ISO - 3 bedroom Rental / Whitehorse

My wife and I are in search of a rental property in the Whitehorse area.
We are non-smoking, professionals, who are parents of two little ones, 3yo, 5yo and a high school senior.
No pets. No partying.
We are currently renting from a lovely couple in Porter Creek, who went on sabbatical, but are returning August 1st.
We are great tenants, and would take great care of your property. We would be happy to answer any further questions you might have of us, but I can assure you that we are the tenants you are in search of. Courteous, handy, motivated to resolve any issues on our own. Good stewards. Quiet. And in search of a permanent home for purchase in a few years.
