So my lease is ending in June and will be looking for a new place to rent, long term! I've been renting for the past 3 years from the same person so have a very good reference and work reference as well, as does my roommate.
Looking for a 2-3 bedroom for myself and my current roommate who has lived with me for 2 years. We would like to have 2 bathrooms but 1 bathroom is fine as well, and as for location we are pretty open. We don't party or smoke, pretty quiet and don't bother our neighbors, also neither of us have pets so does not need to be pet friendly but we are open to a place that is!
