Pending .......... Private Basement Room For Rent April 1st

We have a huge bedroom available to rent in our big old house.
The room is fully furnished and has its own private entrance.
The kitchen is included in the rent, shared washroom in between the two private living spaces.
1500$ for couple and $1100 for single occupancy.
Wifi, power and water included in the rental cost.
We have two large dogs that are always with us and will never be in the rental area (downstairs), they have a fenced in area they play in so they wont be roaming free around the property.
Property is about 12 minutes from downtown and with in walking distance to crestview where you could catch the city bus.
Please let me know a bit about you and we will contact people with more info and set up a veiwing.
We are a working couple aged 39 and 50 we do not drink and would prefer to not have super intoxicated ppl around the property and we do not smoke cigarettes so we do not want smokers either. Weed is fine though!
